Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 2026

Doki ("we", "the app") is committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we follow, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any content, communication, or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes, without limitation, the production, possession, distribution, solicitation, or grooming related to CSAM or any sexualized depiction of minors. Violators are permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Age Eligibility

Doki is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. Users must affirm they are at least 18 years old before using the app. We remove accounts found to belong to underage users.

3. In-App Reporting

Every user can report content, voice messages, profiles, or rooms directly inside the app:

All reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team. Reports flagged as child-safety concerns are prioritized and acted on within 24 hours.

4. Detection & Moderation

5. Reporting to Authorities

When we detect or receive a credible report of CSAM or child exploitation, we preserve the evidence and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other regional or national authorities as required by law (e.g., local law enforcement, INHOPE hotlines). We comply with all relevant child-safety laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate.

6. Designated Point of Contact

For urgent child-safety inquiries, law-enforcement requests, or questions about our CSAM-prevention practices, contact:

The point of contact is ready to discuss our child-safety practices and compliance.

7. Updates

We review and update these standards regularly. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
