These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Doki, including the Doki.gg website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Doki ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or legal guardian consent. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest with a nickname or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
Post or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Use the Service to send spam, advertising, or solicitations.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service.
Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the Service except via interfaces we provide.

4. Voice Chat and User-Generated Content

The Service includes real-time voice chat. You are solely responsible for what you say or send. We do not pre-screen all content but may remove content and suspend users who violate these Terms or applicable law. By submitting content (including voice, text, nicknames, avatars, posts), you grant Doki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

The Service may offer virtual coins, gifts, or other digital items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are non-transferable outside the Service, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Doki and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOKI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doki is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
